Download template- The file contains two sheets. Use the FNS registry on the second sheet to map your equipment to the correct code.
- The equipment code contains five digits and must match the selected entry in the FNS registry.
- Account.Worker is optional and is used only as a row label.
- The serial number is required and must be unique, ignoring letter case.
- Check values for hidden whitespace.
